Shipping Location & Processing Time
Shipping Source: All orders are dispatched uniformly from our logistics center located in the USA, to ensure product quality.
Processing Speed: Orders will be reviewed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placement (no shipments are arranged on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays).
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
To get your order delivered as quickly as possible, we’ve established in-depth partnerships with several top U.S. logistics carriers (including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS).
Smart Delivery Mechanism: We’ll automatically match the optimal shipping channel based on your delivery address, package weight, and current logistics timelines.
Standard Delivery Time: Typically 3-5 business days.
Delivery Coverage: We support shipping across the entire U.S. For remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii) or peak shopping seasons (like Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be slightly extended.
Transparent Tracking: No matter which courier company we finally choose, you’ll receive an accurate tracking number and corresponding query entry in the shipping email.
International Shipping (Non-U.S. Orders)
To provide global customers with excellent cross-border logistics services, we’ve partnered deeply with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and several top international express service providers.
Smart Delivery Plan: Our system will automatically match the fastest and most reliable international shipping channel based on your destination country, customs clearance policies, and real-time congestion of each shipping route.
Standard Delivery Time: Usually 7-15 business days.
Customs Clearance & Delivery Notes: International shipping times are affected by the customs clearance efficiency, administrative procedures, and local delivery network distribution of the destination country. In rare cases (such as routine customs inspections or extreme weather), delivery times for some regions may be extended to 20 business days.
Full Tracking: After the package is shipped, you’ll receive a unique tracking number. No matter which carrier is responsible for delivery, you can track the package’s cross-border movement in real time.
Customs Duties & Import Tax Policy
To simplify your shopping process, our shipping policy adopts an all-inclusive (DDP) model:
Prepaid Taxes: The total amount you pay at checkout includes all import duties and VAT that may be charged by the destination country.
No Extra Fees: After the package arrives, you don’t need to pay any additional customs clearance fees to local customs or couriers. If a logistics provider charges you by mistake, please contact our customer service promptly.
Order Tracking
We ensure full transparency for every order, so you can keep up with the latest package status at any time:
Automatic Email Notification: Once the order is shipped, our system will automatically send a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number to your registered email address.
Multi-Channel Query: You can either click the tracking link in the email directly, or go to the official website of the corresponding carrier and enter the tracking number to query.
Note on Information Synchronization Delay: Please note that there is usually a 24-48 hour delay when logistics carriers scan the package and upload the information to the system. If you can’t find the status immediately after receiving the tracking number, please try again later.
In-Account Query: You can also log into our official website at any time and check the real-time logistics progress in the “Order History” section.
Risk Notes
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, etc., re-shipping may incur additional fees.
Package Damage & Loss: If the package is damaged during shipping, or the logistics information hasn’t been updated for more than 10 days beyond the estimated time, please contact us immediately.
